The Georgian Society of Physical Medicine and Medical Rehabilitation (GSPRM) has released the 2026 clinical guidelines for stroke rehabilitation - a comprehensive document developed with neurology and physiotherapy departments at Georgia's leading institutions.
The new framework introduces a 72-hour assessment protocol, multidisciplinary team coordination and family-centered goal setting from the first day of care.
Member clinics are invited to take part in implementation workshops scheduled in Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi.
